During this sacred time of year—when Samhain, Halloween, and Día de los Muertos remind us of the connection between worlds—this one-day retreat offers a supportive space to explore grief. Through mindful yoga, clay hand-building, and a Raku firing ceremony, you’ll engage with your emotions and transform them in a creative, healing environment.
