This 75min class includes a brief talk on using mindset and mantra techniques to enhance focus, maintain motivation, and boost mental resilience throughout your running journey. We will follow the discussion with a yoga and mindful movement practice featuring restorative and strengthening postures tailored for runners. These movements aim to support injury prevention, improve recovery, and increase overall performance. Whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned runner, this class will offer tools to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and ready to meet your running goals. All levels welcome!
