Holly Zajur is dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga as an E-RYT 200 hr yoga instructor. Holly completed her certification at Sadhana Yoga School in 2014. Holly studied at the University of Virginia and graduated with an interdisciplinary double major in Arts Administration and Global Development Studies. Currently, Holly works as the Communications Manager and Ambassador at Project Yoga Richmond and teaches yoga, meditation, and ceramics at the Visual Arts Center of Richmond. Holly’s yoga asana practice and teaching style focuses making the practice accessible to students of all levels. She is passionate about creating supportive community environments, which she emphasizes in her classes.
Holly’s classes offer breath work, asana, and yoga principles to integrate the practice off the mat and into daily life. A similar ashtanga vinyasa sequence of postures is shared through a slow alignment based flow to help students gain confidence and strength.
