Trust

It’s easy to worry. To get caught up in all the things you have to do, all the things that have happened, all the things that could happen. Chances are, there is a lot to be worried about.

But worrying is a choice. You can choose to worry, and wonder about all the bad things that could happen. You can choose to put your energy into that.

Or, you can choose to trust. You can choose to trust in yourself that while you may not know what exactly will happen, you do know yourself and that you can and will handle whatever comes your way. You can choose to trust in something else as well.

You can choose to worry, or you can choose to trust.

Try trust.

Go out on a limb. Take a risk. Let go of the worry that holds you back. Trust the process, trust yourself.

Enjoy the moment, wherever you are. Put your energy into knowing yourself, rather than controlling everything else. That way, no matter what comes your way, you know that you can handle it because you know how to handle yourself.
