There are a lot of things you can worry about in life. You can worry about money, you can stress about your job, and you can focus on what is going on in someone else’s mind.
Or, you can, not. You can choose to be aware of those situations and what is surrounding you, but focus on what is going on within you.
Instead of constantly worrying and beating yourself up about every little thing, you can choose to stop. You can choose to have a light heart. You can choose to be gentle, and playful with yourself.
Maybe you didn’t finish your work, you ate too much, and/or you can’t stop your mind from wandering. So what?
Try taking on the mind of a pup.
Puppies are loving and playful. They try, and they fail, but they always return with a sense of optimism. They are aware of their surroundings. They know when they have done something wrong or when someone is mad. But I don’t think they carry it with them. They let it go. And they return with a smile on their face and wag of their tale.
The answers will come to you when they are ready to. So stop worrying. Be in the moment so that you can listen when the messages reveal themselves. In the mean time, breathe deep and have fun.
